All returns require prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for orders placed through our website.
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Special orders, closeouts, limited editions, or promotional items are non-returnable.
- Returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., overstock or change of mind) are at our sole discretion and subject to fees.
2. Time Frames
- Report any issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) within 72 hours of receipt for authorization.
- All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Process for Returns
- Contact our Customer Service team at sales@blackrockcigarco.com to request an RMA. Provide order details, photos of the issue (if applicable), and reason for return.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
- Ship returns to: Black Rock Cigar Co, 120 Winding Hill Dr, Etters, PA 17319.
- We recommend using insured, trackable shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
4. Refunds and Credits
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Full refund or replacement (at your choice), including original shipping costs. We will cover return shipping if the issue is our fault (e.g., shipping damage).
- Other Approved Returns: Store credit only, minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs. You pay return shipping.
- Refunds/credits issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Original payment method used for refunds.
- No cash refunds; credits apply to future orders.
5. Inspection and Rejection
- Upon receipt, we will inspect returned items. If they do not meet our conditions (e.g., not resalable), the return may be rejected, and items shipped back to you at your expense.
- You are responsible for proper storage and handling from delivery until return.
