The Colliery Series

Vesta No. 4

The Vesta No. 4 mine was once the largest bituminous coal mine in the world. Opened in 1903 and permanently closed in 1984.

A refined medium-bodied cigar with balanced medium strength, the Vesta No. 4 delivers a smooth, approachable smoke perfect for both seasoned aficionados and those exploring premium Nicaraguan blends.

It features a silky-smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper—known for its creamy texture, subtle sheen, and elegant golden-tan hue—that cloaks a robust core of Nicaraguan long-fillers, bound by a sturdy Condega binder. This Nicaraguan powerhouse blend brings layers of rich, clean tobacco character with notes of cedar, cream, subtle sweetness, and gentle earthiness, accented by mild spice and a touch of nuttiness that evolves beautifully from start to finish.

Handcrafted for consistent draw and even burn, the Vesta No. 4 offers exceptional construction and a satisfying, medium-intensity experience that lingers without overwhelming—ideal for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or an evening unwind.

The Williamstown

A flavorful medium-medium+ cigar, the Williamstown is crafted for those who crave depth, richness, and a satisfying kick without going overboard.

It boasts a dark, oily Mexican San Andrés wrapper—renowned for its lush, volcanic-grown character—that delivers rich notes of dark chocolate, espresso, molasses, and a subtle natural sweetness. This envelops a powerful Nicaraguan core: long-fillers from Nicaragua, all held together by a sturdy Indonesian binder that adds smooth integration and subtle earthiness.

Expect a layered smoking experience: starting with rich cocoa and leather, evolving into peppery spice, dark coffee, and hints of black cherry or nuts, finishing long and warm. Exceptional construction ensures an even burn and flawless draw—perfect for evening relaxation, pairing with bold coffee, dark rum, or a hearty meal.
