At Black Rock Cigar Co. LLC, we only sell and ship Black Rock Cigar apparel and other branded items. We do not sell or ship cigars or cigar accessories online.
1. Eligibility and Order Processing
- Shipping is available for orders placed through our website.
- We do not ship to consumers or international addresses (outside U.S. territories). Contact us for a full list of any state-specific restrictions.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment and inventory confirmation. Delays may occur for backorders; we’ll notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- We will work with you to help determine your preferred shipping provider and service level. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard Ground: 2-7 business days depending on distance from Etters, PA.
- Expedited: 1-2 business days (not guaranteed; transit only).
- Tracking information provided via email once shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for territories).
4. Risk and Title
- All shipments are FOB Etters, PA. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier (or upon delivery for hand-delivered orders).
- Inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours for potential claims.
